Jeedway Terms & Conditions — Plain and Simple

This document sets out all the rules for using the Jeedway platform. Please take a moment to read it before creating an account — it's there to protect you.

Account Eligibility

To open an account on Jeedway, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification. Each person may hold only one account.

Payments & Withdrawals

Set limits and methods apply to deposits and withdrawals. Fast transactions are available via Mobile Pay and Nagad. Records of all transactions are maintained.

Bonuses & Offers

Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met. The terms of each offer apply separately.

Prohibited Activities

Fraud, operating multiple accounts, and system manipulation are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

01. Introduction & General Information

Jeedway is an online betting platform operating under an international licensing authority. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of Jeedway's website and mobile application.

These terms and conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the English version shall prevail. However, we make every effort to keep the Bengali version up to date for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.

By using Jeedway's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you object to any of them, please refrain from using the platform.

02. Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Jeedway. Minors are not permitted to open an account. Age is verified through KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only register one Jeedway account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate name, address, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration. Jeedway reserves the right to close any account created with false information. If you need to update your details, please contact our support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

03. Betting Rules & Conditions

Before placing a bet on Jeedway, it's a good idea to read the specific rules for each market. Different rules may apply across various sports and markets.

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is placed and a confirmation message is received, it is considered accepted. If a bet fails to go through due to a technical issue, it will be treated as void and any funds will be returned.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If the match does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be considered void.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

  • Minimum bet amount: ৳50
  • Maximum bet limits vary by market and event
  • A maximum win cap applies to single bets
Jeedway reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds. Payment is not guaranteed for bets placed on odds that are clearly incorrect.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If odds shift due to a server delay, you may be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

04. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Jeedway currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC verification is not completed

Anti-Money Laundering

Jeedway complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification, and withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

Jeedway runs bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this condition is met.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer can only be used once per person
  • Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days
  • Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
  • A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed with bonus balance
  • Accounts found using bonuses fraudulently will be terminated
If multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated bonus abuse are detected, Jeedway reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and suspend the accounts involved.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

  • Operating Multiple Accounts
  • Opening or using an account under someone else's identity
  • Placing bets using software or bots
  • Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs
  • Betting linked to match fixing or manipulation
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity
  • Placing bets on behalf of other users (arbitrage syndicate)

Jeedway detects suspicious activity through a combination of automated systems and human monitoring. We also reserve the right to take legal action if evidence of rule violations is found.

07. Responsible Gaming

Jeedway takes responsible betting seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress.

  • Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
  • Bet Limit: Control how much you can bet within a given time period.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account to take an extended break.
  • Reality Check: Receive session reminders at set intervals during your betting session.

08. Account Closure & Suspension

At User Request

You can close your Jeedway account at any time. Before doing so, make sure any pending bets are settled and your balance is withdrawn.

Under Jeedway's Authority

Jeedway reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of Terms Violation
  • Suspected Fraud or Illegal Activity
  • If KYC verification fails
  • In compliance with regulatory authority guidelines

09. Limitation of Liability

Jeedway operates a betting platform and has no control over match outcomes. Wins and losses are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Jeedway will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, any affected bets will be settled appropriately.

Betting involves risk. Only wager money you can afford to lose. Betting is never a guaranteed source of income.

10. Changes to Terms

Jeedway reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
